First meeting while working at Applebee’s, Kristina and RJ have been through a lot from moving to NC and back, to medical scares, to many career changes. These lovebirds wanted a vintage, rustic wedding in the lake region of Maine. Although Hurricane Lee threw us some obstacles, from heavy winds and a power outage, this wedding was full of warmth, which reflected the warmth of their love for each other and their love of the village around them.

“Where to even begin? Courtney has been a part of the planning process since day one. She was able to capture my vision, and run with it - from just about 1000 miles away. She took the stress of contacting vendors and rental companies completely off out shoulders. She made thoughtful reccommendations without over-stepping, while keeping a tight timeline leading up to our wedding. Being 1000 miles away had its obstackes but Courtney was available for video planning to check in, and was available WHENEVER I needed her (even if it was a panic call of feeling overwhelmed). Budget was a huge factor for my partner and I, and Courtney tirelessly curated menus, catering, decorations, entertainment, and so much more to fit our financial needs. I was able to keep and utilize the BEAUTIFUL day-of coordination binder, which was organized to perfection. We were completely HONORED to have had Courtney be a part of our special day. Anyone will be incredibly lucky to be able to utilize her services.

Her day-of coordination was put to the test when the power went out at the venue 20 minutes before the ceremony - somehow she pulled off miracles and had lights and music via extension cords to the generator - a memory that looking back at I can’t help but laugh at. In an incredibly stressful situation she handled herself with grace, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Thank you Courtney - from the bottom of our hearts.”
